ABOUT

You didn't get here by slowing down. You got here by pushing through — those early mornings, the back-to-back meetings, the "I'll rest when this project is done" that never actually ends.

This retreat isn't a vacation. It's a reset — built for people whose bodies and nervous systems have been running on overdrive for years, and who are finally ready to hand the wheel to someone else for five days.

Mustard Seed has partnered with TheLifeCo to bring you a retreat designed around one question: what does your body actually need to come back online?
